We hope you are delighted with your purchase: however, should you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, please note we will accept any unopen retuens sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order.   Please ensure that the item(s) are in there original condition and packaged, with tags attached. We will not accept returns on items that has been damaged or worn. We can not accept returns on open packages.   Please be advised that we cannot accept returns for open items for hygiene reasons.   Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt to allow for inspection onto the original method of payment (credit card, gift card, gift voucher, paypal account). We cannot facilitate with refunds to a third party. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.   Exchanges: We only offer size exchanges on the same product. Where availible, replacement items will be dispatched within 14 working days. If your chosen replacement item is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified by email. For alternative items items, please place a new order on our website.   The following items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged: Due to the nature of these items, unless theu arrive damageds or defective, I can't accept returns on the following items.      > Custom or personal orders    > Intimate Items (for health/hygiene reasons as described above)   Conditions of Returns  Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the item(s) is ot returned in original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What carrier do you use?

We currently ship orders through USPS.      1. Please allow up to 24 hours for a shipping confirmation for items marked as same day shipment.     2. Items from special collections may take up to two weeks for shipment.   Once you receive you shipment confirmation, you can track your order.   Orders can take up to 10 days once shipped to complete delivery if international.
